I have lived in Cressage for over 20 years. I was born in Shropshire and no matter where I have worked or travelled, Shropshire is my home.

My working life has very much been about public service, having worked in the Ministry of Defence, Local Authority, Policing, NHS, and now St John Ambulance as the national Head for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. I am very passionate about empowering others to thrive and feel included and am very excited about joining the Board at Energize STW.

Length of time with Energize: Since October 2022

Something non-work about you: I love being outdoors and travelling and I have taken part in the Great North Run a few years to raise funds for Severn Hospice. I love football and am regularly in the terraces at Old Trafford.
